Arsenal and adidas Originals have continued their cooperation by creating a new collection inspired by their previous collaboration, which lasted from 1986 until 1994. The set comprises a distinctive football jersey, hooded sweatshirt, T-shirt, and zipped jacket.
The shirt, which comes in both short and long sleeves, is a reworking of the away uniform worn during the 1993-94 season. The adidas EQT logo, an antique Arsenal crest, and diagonal stripes make this yellow design stand out.
Legendary Arsenal player Ian Wright unveiled the collection, saying: “Playing in the adidas EQT jersey during the 1993/94 season brings back amazing memories for me, and it’s great to memorialize that period with such a comprehensive and suitable collection.
The collection includes all of the classics, and we had fun acting out our various roles on the set. We won the Cup Winners Cup that season, and now that it is back, we need to win something. I even had to remind a couple guys and gals from the initial squad. The collection will be worn by Arsenal’s men’s and women’s teams in the lead-up to four critical matches on December 9 and 15. All of the goods will be available on December 13 through the adidas online store and official club locations.
