DJ Khaled’s former residence in South Florida is being listed on the market for $16.39 million. The property boasts several noteworthy features, such as three 14-karat gold chandeliers adorned with Swarovski crystals and a dedicated room for his extensive sneaker collection, complete with the “WETHEBEST” logo on the floor. While many of the furnishings, including the luxurious chandeliers and DJ Khaled’s sneaker shrine, are included in the sale, unfortunately, his renowned sneaker collection itself is not part of the deal.
The sellers of the property are Nahim Jorge Bonilla and Melissa Granda, music executives and restaurateurs who founded Ruido Callejero Music. They also own the popular celebrity hangout spot Mandrake Miami, which has attracted famous patrons like Bad Bunny, Diddy, and Olivia Culpo. Bonilla and Granda acquired the home in 2020 for $4.8 million in partnership with a third investor. However, they later bought out the third investor, Simon Librati, who faced legal troubles.
DJ Khaled purchased the Mediterranean-style villa for $3.84 million in 2015 and invested approximately $2.5 million in renovations, including the creation of a 1,000-square-foot sneaker closet. Many of DJ Khaled’s design choices, including those in the main bedroom, movie theater, and outdoor patio, have been preserved in the property.
This five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home is situated on half an acre of land and features a chef’s kitchen, a wine room, and a movie theater with a 128-inch TV. The residence boasts elegant touches such as marble and walnut floors, a fireplace, and soaring 30-foot ceilings. Outside, the property offers a pool, a hоt tub, a fire pit, a serene bamboo grove, and a 50-foot boat dock along 240 feet of waterfront, providing scenic water and city views.
