Cristiano Ronaldo’s collection of ultra-rare Ferraris now stands at £19 million. Last week, the 39-year-old made his way back to Portugal for a stint abroad.
He played the entire 90 minutes against Slovenia on Tuesday, but was not included in the team’s 5-2 victory over Sweden. Ronaldo was excited to show off the newest automobile to add to his already amazing collection while he was back home.
The red Ferrari Daytona SP3, which is said to be worth £2 million, was seen being driven by the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.
The vehicle has a top speed of 340 km/h and 840 horsepower and 697 Nm of torque.
It can reach a speed of 100 km/h in 2.85 seconds as well.
There were only 599 pieces produced, making it an extremely limited edition.
On Tuesday, Ronaldo and his Portugal teammates lost to Slovenia 2-0.
The team’s remarkable winning run came to an end with goals from Timi Max Elsnik and Adam Gnezda Cerin in the second half.
Under manager Roberto Martinez, Portugal had a perfect winning record before to the loss.
At the end of regulation time, Ronaldo lost his temper and stormed off the field.
Cameras captured him yelling and flinging his arms around as confused teammates looked on as he left the field.
The Al-Nassr star had already given the chief referee a hard time when he yelled at the assistant on the touchline as he made his way to the tunnel.
