In response to these allegations, a spokesperson for DC, the production company behind Aquaman, stated that Momoa conducted himself professionally throughout the filming of “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.” Momoa’s representative declined to comment on the matter.

Representatives for both Heard and Momoa have not yet responded to requests for comment from Insider.

During her defamation trial against Depp in May of the previous year, Heard testified that she had fought to keep her role in the movie and had to settle for a reduced version of her character. Entertainment industry expert Kathryn Arnold, a witness for Heard, testified that Momoa had played a significant role in advocating for Heard to retain her role in the film.

The sequel to the 2018 film “Aquaman,” titled “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom,” is scheduled for release on December 20.
