For 12 years, 50 Cent has tried to sell his 52-room Connecticut estate. He finally has it—at an 84% discount, The Wall Street Journal said Monday. Jennifer Leahy of Douglas Elliman sold the home for $2.9 million.

In 2003, rapper Curtis James Jackson III bought the Farmington house at 50 Poplar Hill Drive from retired boxer Mike Tyson for $4.1 million, a record. Most expensive sold there, per The Journal.
