Taylor Swift is dressed in full tourist costume on her day off. On Wednesday, the “Cruel Summer” singer was spotted with members of her Eras Tour crew at Sydney Zoo, Australia, holding a digital camera. Swift, 34, was dressed casually in a light blue t-shirt, denim miniskirt, and white running shoes.
The 14-time Grammy winner slicked her blond hair black into a messy ponytail and framed her face with trademark fringe. She completed the style with dark sunglasses, a casual tote purse, and red lipstick. Swift is said to have developed a particular interest in the Tasmanian devils at the Greater Western Sydney Zoo, which is about 40 minutes outside the city core.
The wildlife centre is home to approximately 4,000 species, including Australian icons such as koalas, kangaroos, and wallabies. Later that day, the chart-topping singer returned to her Crown Towers Sydney hotel room and dined at celebrity hotspot Nobu with her entourage, according to the Daily Mail.
The posh flat where the singer is believed to be staying costs a stunning $38,000 AUD per night, or almost $25,000 USD. The Presidential Villa at the luxury hotel includes a private infinity pool and an open-air patio with stunning views of the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
She flew to Sydney following three record-breaking performances at Melbourne Cricket Ground last week. “Melbourne, what can I say to you after over 288,000 of you came and danced with us in the last three nights??!””That was unforgettable,” she wrote on Instagram Sunday. “You were at another level. Thank you for the memories. I’ll be returning to the ones from this weekend frequently.”
