Sophia and Sistine told the New York Post about the arduous experience before “The Family Stallone,” season two’s launch. The training was shot for the show and edited to appear “really nice and kind of fluffy,” but it was the “hardest” thing, Sistine said.
“We spent about six hours in those woods,” she said. “They made it a cute little montage, Sophia and I got our a–es whooped by these guys, they were the real deal.”

Sistine said she was “not surprised my dad put us through something like this, because our entire life we grew up with him doing these sort of military-esque self-defense trainings.”
Sophia said, “It was a rigorous routine, it was every day at 6 a.m. he would make us eat eggs with ketchup, for some reason that combination was like an elite combination.”
She recalled their childhood as ‘a lot of sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, clean and jerks, golfing, pool table, shot put…’
“He made the perfect boys,” Sistine said.

In “The Family Stallоne” Navy SEAL training sequence, Sistine and Sоphia were tоld tо chase a chicken, resembling “Rоcky II.” Sylvester said, “Chicken chasing sоunds fun. Yоu need speed, patience, agility, and the knоwledge that a three-pоund beak-wielding creature will beаt yоu.”
“That is deceivingly hard,” Sistine told The Post. “I was cocky entering. The bird defeated me.”
When asked if their father was less apprehensive after a year in New York, she said, “He’ll never be less nervous. Like a typical overprotective dad. Three daughters at an age when we’re scattered and out.”
Scarlet, a University of Miami student, stated, “He’s always cared about safety no matter what, that safety is before anything for him.”
Sophia said their mother, Jennifer Flavin, tracks their location on an app, which helps him cope with their distance.
