The show, which follows Academy Award nominee Sylvester Stallone, his wife Jennifer Flavin Stallone, and their daughters Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet, will debut on Wednesday, February 21 in the United States and Canada, and on Thursday, February 22 in the United Kingdom and Australia. Latin America, Brazil, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and South Korea will also have access to new episodes on specific dates.

This season of The Family Stallone showcases a significant change for the Stallone family as they relocate from Los Angeles to the East Coast. Julie Pizzi, Farnaz Farjam, and Jonathan Singer from Bunim-Murray Productions are also executive producers, along with Chris Ray and Jason Williams as co-executive producers. MTV will air encore showings of the entire first season, with four episodes per week, starting from February 7. Additionally, the first two episodes of the second season will be broadcast on MTV on February 21 and 22.
