The property is located near the middle of the star-studded and closely guarded enclave, surrounded by the luxurious homes of high-profile personalities such Diddy, billionaire Ken Griffen, Jennifer Lopez, and Gloria Estefan. Ross was able to get a prized piece of Star Island, which is very surprising given that the island only has 30 residences.

Jill Eber, Jill Hertzberg, Felise Eber, and Fabio Lopes of The Jills Zeder Group represented the seller, while Kimberly Knausz of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and Tawanda Roberts of Florida Realty of Miami represented Ross. They were thrilled to have found the ideal buyer for the property and stressed Star Island’s exclusivity and attractiveness.

Knausz described Ross’s attraction to the estate as his immediate admiration for the magnificent entry and the lengthy driveway, both of which screamed grandeur. Furthermore, the distinctive architecture attracted to him, and he intends to improve it to match his personal taste.
