A Closer Look at A$AP Rocky’s Jaw-Dropping Real-Life ‘Need for Speed’ Mercedes-Benz 190E

There are new images of A$AP surfacing. The real-life Mercedes-Benz 190E that Rocky altered was initially displayed in a virtual form for the computer game Need for Speed Unbound.

Rocky’s role as a creative consultant for the game allows players to compete with him for the hero car.

The driver’s and passenger’s doors of the Mercedes-Benz 190E bear the AWGE insignia and the phrases “Always $trive and Prosper” and “If Not Now Then When.” The vehicle also features a striking mid-split paint job that makes it look like something out of Scarface. The additional parts include deep-dish BBS rear wheels, an extended front splitter with green under-glow lighting, a metallic gold grille, rear TESTING warning patterns, and X-taped headlamps.

The piece by Ryan Steward for Speedhunters highlights the significant alterations made to the car, including revised panels, tubbed arches, and excellent craftsmanship. It captures the essence of the car business by showcasing the camaraderie and cooperation that grew during the project.

This post gives a more detailed look at how the car is portrayed in the game for now, but Speedhunters aims to deliver more content in the coming weeks.
