Declan Rice and young Ethan Nwaneri shared the field during Arsenal’s warm-weather training session in Dubai over the past week.

The Gunners finished 2023 horribly and began 2024 even worse. They need to make changes because they have only triumphed in one of their last seven games across all competitions. Arsenal should benefit from a pleasant holiday in Dubai, and young Nwaneri must have had a great time as well.

In recent years, the academy at Arsenal has produced some of the best players in the nation.

Bukayo Saka is the most notable instance. One of the top players in the Premier League right now, the young Englishman has been incredible the past few seasons.

Though there are many more young talent developing at Hale End, young Ethan Nwaneri is maybe the most promising.

With a bright career ahead of him, the 16-year-old made history last season by becoming the youngest player to appear in the Premier League.

In addition to frequently working out with the first squad, Mikel Arteta summoned him up for the trip to Dubai, where he trained with celebrities like Declan Rice.

Once they trained together, the 25-year-old seemed impressed with Nwaneri. Rice has gone so far as to refer to the child on Instagram as his “Lil Bro.”

Right now, Ethan Nwaneri is possibly Arsenal’s most promising young player.

Even though he is only 16 years old, the midfielder has been playing beyond his years. He is already a star in the academy, and it will not be long before he is given frequent chances in the starting lineup.

It is unfortunate that Arsenal did not advance farther in either the FA Cup or the League Cup this year. As a result, Mikel Arteta will have a difficult time in the upcoming months giving young players like Nwaneri opportunity.

But if Arsenal wins the first leg of their Champions League encounter against Porto, the manager of Arsenal might give Nwaneri an opportunity in the second leg.
